Spa Cancellations & Refunds
We have a zero-tolerance policy for hatred of any kind, including but not limited to racism, homophobia, transphobia, misogyny, xenophobia, or ableism. If we identify any of this behaviour during your appointment, we will ask you to stop and/or ask you to leave the premises immediately. A refund will not be issued in these circumstances.
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to accommodate your needs as much as possible. However, to ensure that our operations run smoothly and we can provide the best service to all of our customers, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
We require 48 hours notice to cancel, change, or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice are subject to a late cancellation fee amounting to 50% of the scheduled appointment(s).
Clients who fail to show up to their appointment(s) without giving any prior notification will be marked as a 'no show' and will be charged in full for the scheduled service. Clients may be prevented from booking future appointments online after repeated no-shows.

There is 1-hour free parking along front street. Alternatively there is a municipality parking lot north of Kita Beauty Lounge. Parking rates are $1/hr and you can find meters to pay for your parking in the lot.
