Spa Cancellations & Refunds

We have a zero-tolerance policy for hatred of any kind, including but not limited to racism, homophobia, transphobia, misogyny, xenophobia, or ableism. If we identify any of this behaviour during your appointment, we will ask you to stop and/or ask you to leave the premises immediately. A refund will not be issued in these circumstances.
 
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to accommodate your needs as much as possible. However, to ensure that our operations run smoothly and we can provide the best service to all of our customers, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

Cancellations made 72 hours or more prior to your appointment will incur no charge. Cancellations made between 48 and 72 hours before a scheduled appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the total service fee. Cancellations made 24 hours or less before the scheduled appointment will incur a full 100% charge of the service fee.
 
Those who fail to show up within 15 minutes of the start of a scheduled appointment will be marked as a ‘no-show’ and will result in a charge equal to 50% of the appointment fee. Clients may be prevented from booking future appointments online after repeated no-shows.

Where do I park?

There is 1-hour free parking along front street. Alternatively there is a municipality parking lot north of Kita Beauty Lounge. Parking rates are $1/hr and you can find meters to pay for your parking in the lot.
